Q - How are the renting rates calculated?
A - The renting rates are based on a 24 hour rental day for self drive renting and 10 hours rental day for car rental with driver include/exclude petrol, starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle.
Q - Will I be charged if I return the car back at late time?
A - We will consider the rate based on daily basis (24hours). For less than 8 hours we will count it as half day renting, and more than that will be calculated as 1 day renting.
Q - Do you have any hidden charges?
A - We have no hidden charge with the rate. It has included taxes and service charge, unless you pay with credit card and we may add surcharge 3% of bank administration fee.
Q - What happens if the car is being damage, stolen, or in an accident?
A - Don't be panic, please call us immediately to our hotline number and we will let you know what you should do next.
Q - Do you have any child seats for 2 years old baby to rent?
A - Sure, we have 2 models of child seat according to weight. One model is purposed for baby less than 9kgs weight and other for more.
Q - Will there be any deposit, and if so, how much?
A - We keep the procedure simply, no deposit and documents required with our services. You could settle the payment direclty to our representative who hand over the car for you at the recommendation location either by cash or credit card (with surcharge 3%).
Q - If I pay the rental amount with Credit Card, do i need to go to your office?
A - Our representative will prepare a secure credit card machine online. You could do the payment transaction at the location - without go to our office.
Q - How old do I have to be to rent a car from BBCR?
A - The renter must be at least 19 years of age and have a driving license.
Q - Could i drive the car outside Bali Island?
A - Basically we have no unlimited mileage inside Bali island. However we may not allow the car to be driven outside due to security and safety reason.
Q - My itinerary will be ended at Lovina area (north of Bali), do you have any charge to collect the car over there?
A - Yes, we have. The rate may varied depends on the location and free in case the area will be in South Bali - such as: Airport, Denpasar, Kuta, Jimbaran, Seminyak, Ubud, Tanah lot and etc.
Q - Should i have an International driving license to drive in Bali?
A - Basically you should have an international driving license to drive in Bali, however some of our customers don't care about it and the risk will be their own.
Q - If i have 2 drivers to use the car, will i be charged regarding to the additional driver?
A - We have no additional charge for maximum 2 drivers as long as both of them have a driving license.
